SMOOTH FLUFFY SOFTENER RL-U2

 Property

Appearace: yellow flake

PH Value: 4-6 (10% solution)

Composition: Fatty acid amide compounds  

Ionicity: Cationic

 

Application 1. Especially for all kinds of cotton, linen, blended fabrics and knitted on the soft, giving the fabric a good softness and elasticity.

2. for a variety of denim, wash cloth, sweaters, towels and other soft textiles, fabrics to make soft, fluffy, smooth and the feel.

  

Dissolution Method

1.cold method of feeding: 5-8% according to the proportion of the U2 film slowly stirring the water around 30 degrees and continue stirring for 3-5 minutes to disperse, soak 1-2 hours, then stir slowly to uniform paste is not available.

2. temperature and method of feeding: the proportion of 5-8% by stirring the film in water at room temperature, stirring for 3-5 minutes, and gradually heated to 50-60 degree heat, continue stirring for 10-15 minutes, until the emulsion was uniformly back.

 

Use Method

1). Padding Method: 2-3g / L, temperature 30 °C-40 °C

2). Immersion method: 0.3-0.8% (owf), bath ratio 1:10-15, temperature 40 °C-50 °C, time 15-30min.

 

Package: 25kg woven bags.

 

Storage: waterproof, dampproof, put in the cold and dry place, if the package opend too long, which will not effected. Sealed storage for one year.
